More about Aleksandra Golsheyder
I am a psychological counselor and a prospective practitioner of psychotherapy (Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie), supporting children, adolescents, and adults with empathy across a wide range of life situations.
I offer sessions in individual, couple, and group settings, supporting clients with developmental questions, emotional challenges, relationship difficulties, workplace concerns, social dynamics, and life problems. My work is guided by an integrative approach, combining different therapeutic methods to respond flexibly and individually to each client’s needs.
The core of my work is a trusting and respectful atmosphere. It is important to me to create a space where clients feel understood and can develop new perspectives.
Through my daily work at a school, I maintain a close connection to the lived realities of children and young people and gain insight into both their academic and personal challenges—an experience that deeply enriches my therapeutic approach.
I offer counseling and therapy in German, English, and Russian. In my personal time, I find balance in nature and enjoy spending time with my dog—both of which help me stay grounded and bring a sense of calm into my work.
More about Malin Buitenweg (Practice Community)
Sometimes everything seems to be working – and yet it doesn’t feel right.
Life functions on the outside, but inside, something is missing: the connection to yourself, to others, to what truly matters to you.
I’m Malin Buitenweg, a coach and health psychologist with a focus on couples and sexuality counseling. For many years, I worked with people under severe psychological strain. Today, I accompany you with experience, openness, and respect as you seek clarity and explore new perspectives.
Whether you feel stuck in a relationship, disconnected from yourself, or simply in need of new impulses – this is a space for honest conversations.
Nowadays I work full-time in human resources development. I understand the challenges that arise when professional demands, personal responsibilities, and inner issues all call for attention at once.
I live with my dog in Krefeld. I’m nature-loving, open-minded, and at the same time solution-oriented.
I offer coaching sessions in both German and English – in person or online.
Let’s take a closer look together: calmly, clearly, and without detours.
I look forward to connecting with you.
More about Rossi
When I’m in the practice, I usually work quietly in the background. I’m in the lounge and you won’t even notice that I’m there.
Only occasionally do I get the chance to take part in the therapy sessions. I particularly enjoy helping clients to overcome their fears of dogs (dog phobia). This is my speciality, besides keeping warm my basket :)
More about Phillip Czarnecki ( Practice Community)
Hello, my name is Phillip Czarnecki – I am a graduate psychologist and a licensed healing practitioner for psychotherapy.
In my work, I offer you a space where you feel understood, gain new perspectives, and find solutions that truly fit you. I work with empathy, clarity, and a solution-focused approach – using active listening, mindfulness, and an awareness for what resonates between the lines. My goal is to find ways together that bring more lightness, stability, and self-confidence into your life again.
As a graduate psychologist, a healing practitioner for psychotherapy, and a mindfulness teacher, I combine scientifically grounded methods with a mindful and genuinely human approach. This creates space for lasting change and personal growth. I grew up in Germany, have Polish roots, and completed my studies in English – which is why I offer sessions in German, Polish, and English.
If you are looking for psychotherapeutic support that is both professionally grounded and personally connected, I look forward to hearing from you.
More about Karolina Goralski
Practice Founder & Director, Mentor for Clients, Therapists & Coaches
More than 13 years ago, I founded the practice for psychotherapy and personality coaching – with the goal of creating a place where people can receive competent, effective, and genuinely compassionate support.
Over the years, this vision has grown into a diverse and highly qualified team that now helps many people with great empathy, professional depth, and heartfelt dedication.
Today, I mainly work as the practice director and leader, and I see myself as a multiplier, passing on knowledge, experience, and attitude to others. A significant part of my work consists of supporting the practice team both professionally and personally – through training coachings, supervisions, and shared reflections on professional and human quality. I place great value on ensuring that all therapists and coaches in our practice community work with both professional expertise and authentic human presence.
Most of the time, I coordinate things in the background – creating the framework in which good work can unfold. Upon explicit request, however, I still take on clients myself – especially when someone specifically wishes to work with me personally. These sessions are offered only to a limited extent and are above the regular practice fee.
I am proud to lead a practice today in which professionalism, authenticity, and humanity are at the center. For me, the heart of our work lies in the combination of clarity and empathy – the ability to reach people on both rational and emotional levels and to enable lasting change.

More about Sabine Hartmannshenn (Practice Community)
Warm welcome! My name is Sabine Hartmannshenn, a passionate coach with extensive experience in the artistic and creative field. In this area, I have supported and guided individuals on their journey toward personal growth and professional success.
I have expanded these unique and valuable experiences to encompass all areas of life, offering people the opportunity to step onto their own stage for personal achievement and inner calm.
In both my personal life and my yoga practice (certified yoga instructor since 2007) and regular meditation, which I have been practicing for many years, I continually experience how challenging it can be to overcome internal resistance and maintain a daily routine. I witness firsthand, both in myself and with my clients, how difficult it can be to initiate and sustain change.
I aim to help you break through patterns, overcome the fear of change, and see it as an opportunity to discover new perspectives and reveal valuable aspects of yourself.
In my systemic coaching approach, I place great importance on empathy and a holistic view of each individual. After experiencing personal and professional crises that forced me to engage deeply with myself and my surroundings, I am firmly convinced that everyone possesses the potential to unfold their true self and achieve their goals. Through focused conversations, attentive listening, reflection, and practical exercises, I will support you in recognizing your strengths, overcoming obstacles, and tapping into your full potential.
I want to support you on your journey, encourage you, and equip you with the tools needed to shape your life according to your desires. My goal is to expand your horizons because a broadened horizon can never shrink back!
