My name is Carina, and my focus here is on self-efficacy, self-awareness, self-regulation, and the connection with oneself and others.
Each of us possesses an innate body wisdom that can serve as both a signal and a reliable guide for decision-making. In my work, gently and sensitively exploring and experiencing this body wisdom plays a central role—always in relation to your current challenges or any long-standing issues you may be facing.
Others describe me as someone who has the ability to deeply examine things and topics from a variety of perspectives. Unconditional listening, offering support and space, and a touch of humor are key aspects of what defines me.

When I’m in the practice, I usually work quietly in the background. I’m in the lounge and you won’t even notice that I’m there.
Only occasionally do I get the chance to take part in the therapy sessions. I particularly enjoy helping clients to overcome their fears of dogs (dog phobia). This is my speciality, besides keeping warm my basket :)

About me and my way of working
As a coach, I give my clients an unbiased framework and support in working through their individual concerns. Through targeted, proven and solution-oriented questioning methods, I help them uncover causes and blockages that lead to the development of their problems. Together we will then work out the best possible solutions, behavior and ways of thinking. I offer my clients – where appropriate – impulses to get into action and implementation more easily. This initiates changes that are beneficial for them.
My clients describe me as empathic, impartial, professional, clear and energetic.
Some stages of my life
Communication has shaped me in every way in my life so far. I was born in Germany and grew up with Polish parents, which allows me to understand and respond to the respective cultural aspects.
After my bachelor studies in France, I completed my master studies in conference interpreting in Heidelberg. There I learned business fluent English and French, and in particular how to listen properly. I use this in coaching sessions to be with you with my full attention.
In my youth I had a serious car accident, which I barely survived and which showed me how precious life is. This deeply formative experience helps me to develop special empathy with my clients and understand their individual life situations.
I completed a training as a systemic personal & business coach at the Coaching Akademie Berlin. Since then, I help clients in a wide variety of challenges, whether in their private lives, professional contexts or in couple coaching sessions.
I offer coaching in German, Polish, French and English.

Hi, my name is Phillip Czarnecki and I look forward to meeting you. First, however, I would like to briefly introduce myself to you. Since my late teenage years I wanted to become a psychologist. Especially the field of psychological coaching and the possibilty for improvement regarding mental health conditions sparked my interest. I felt that my personal skills such as active listening, empathy, impartiality, and solution-oriented work would benefit this occupation. As part of my studies in psychology (M Sc), I subsequently completed a licensed training to become a psychological coach. Since I’ve completed my studies in English, I’m offering my coaching at the highest level in that particular language.
I was born in Germany as the child of polish parents. Thanks to my bilingual education in German and Polish, I have a deep understanding concerning respective culture and can adapt my coaching to the client’s preferred language. After completing my master’s degree in psychology, I additionally concluded a training to become a mindfulness teacher. I am convinced that a combination of traditional psychological approaches and alternative methods such as mindfulness and meditation provide the best results for improving the overall mental health condition of my clients.

In both my personal life and my yoga practice (certified yoga instructor since 2007) and regular meditation, which I have been practicing for many years, I continually experience how challenging it can be to overcome internal resistance and maintain a daily routine. I witness firsthand, both in myself and with my clients, how difficult it can be to initiate and sustain change.
I aim to help you break through patterns, overcome the fear of change, and see it as an opportunity to discover new perspectives and reveal valuable aspects of yourself.
